I am a biologist and a retired high school Biology and Anatomy teacher. This gives me a special insight and appreciation for all life. Now I am a professional nature/wildlife photographer. In this career so far I have been very fortunate to be in the midst of so much beauty here in Florida. I have hiked miles of wilderness trails, been snorted at by wild pigs and splashed by alligators, and have stood beside some of the best photographers of National Geographic magazine and the Nature TV series. I have been fortunate thus far in my photography career that my works have been featured in several books and have won awards at the regional and national level.

Who am I kidding? This isn't work! It is a labor of love. Every time I go out and attempt to capture that elusive spirit of beauty that resides everywhere around me I am indeed humbled. I hope I can share through my photography a little of that awe of nature that I have experienced. Feel free to browse around. There is a lot to see on the site.
